My experience with kitty de melo

So my english might be really bad so it should be enoth to warn other costomers to make deals with kitty de melo. so this is only my personaly experience with kitty de melo. so i wirte down only my personaly opinion.

befor a few days my agent shows me a apartment at decoplage condo on 100 licon rd, the apartment was very butiful and so ive take it right now, it shuld be 2.500  a month.

with my agent we’re went in her office and i sign the contract and they told me that if i came back again with the money i will be able to move in. so they dont acept credit cards(don’t understand why….) so it takes 48 hours to get the money.

at 11:00 AM i went in there office,, they told me that the apartment now is 3,000 $ WITH NO REASON!! 

they definently whats to kidding me, they told me that i dont have a contract and thats the foult of the owner, but i have seen that there was another applicant in this office, and i think they might be talking about my unit….

so i guess that kitty de melo rent units more times, and then the takes the aplicant who payes more!!!

so i have wrote my agent about that and he feels the same about that :

at 1:00 PM the agent called me and say to me that they suddenly didn’t answering his call’s…….. he said that he naver had a situation like this befor…. so its very difficult….

so i want to test if my unit is already taken, so i went back to the office and i say i will take it for 3.000 $ so suddently they told me that the owner of the unit will not acept this…… very strange;-)

so i became angry and called my lawer in the lobby right now, i required a copy of the contract i have sign and went out!

so half an hour later, my agent called me that now i can get the unit….

so i guess, that the office of kttydemelo had now seen that i will enforce my rights so they called my agent after that…. 

 

I’m still thinking about takeing the apartment anyway becourse it was very nice and there is a loot of work so find a new, but i will definitely hire a lawyer!

so a court should decide if these methods are legal
